Material ni sebenarnya bagus untuk mengekalkan moisture rambut. Sesuai sangat digunakan untuk rambut jenis kering. Dan of course sesuai digunakan oleh semua orang tak kira rambut kau serabut macam hantu kak limah ataupun jenis rambut yang guna-jari-pun-boleh.

Aku  perasan yang tiap kali bangun tidur memang banyaklah rambut melekat pada sarung bantal jenis cotton ni. Habis gugur. It's been said that disebabkan material cotton ni lah punca rambut kita hancus. Even ada yang jenis lembut, but still cotton ni kan kain yang menyerap kelembapan. No wonder la rambut sentiasa kering. Selain tu jugak, penggunaan sarung bantal cotton ni jugak punca rambut kita jadi frizzy dan nampak sembap tak bersinar. Ciss baru ku tahu rupanya punca rambut aku persis orang gila.

Cuba gesel rambut korang pada material cotton dan satin. Friction mana lagi smooth? Mestilah satin kan. Tengok kain mana yang berkilat dan licin? Mestilah satin kan. No wonder la bagus untuk rambut. Bila bangun tidur memang akan ada serabai sikit but taklah kasar macam guna bantal cotton sebelum ni.

As we all know, benda bagus harga pun mesti la bagus kan. Since I am desperate to have my own silk pillowcase and desperate to fix my hair, I am using other alternatives for it. Tipu la kalau para hijabista cakap dia tak boleh buat DIY ni. The only thing you will need is tudung satin!! Tetiba dapat idea ni sebab aku teringat dengan tudung satin yang aku jarang guna dalam almari tu. Sebab licin kan tu lah aku tak suka sangat nak guna.

Makanya biar bantal aku je yang guna. Senang je nak buat. Tutup mata pun boleh. Aku just main ikat je. Tak ada dah nak iron bagai sebab tak sabar nak tengok result tips ni macam mana kan. And yes, memang ada perubahan k. Tidur pun sedap je guna kain satin ni! Lepas ni memang tak nak dah guna material cotton untuk rambut. Baibai sarung bantal cotton!

Maaf gambar agak buruk sebab aku update ni dalam keadaan rush sebab nak turun kerja. But yes, nampak buruk pun tetap bagi kesan yang baik pada rambut k. You guys should try kalau nak rambut sihat berkilat dan bersinar. Dan jugak ringan dan lembut!

Kalau ada rezeki ada banyak duit bolehlah beli complete set sekaligus dengan bedspread. Sebab material satin ni jugak bagus untuk kulit! Aku akan share pasal ni in the next post okay. Toddles!

I Choose To Be A Minimalist

Ever since I read about minimalism on someone's blog that day, aku terus terfikir tentang benda ni sampai tak sudah. Yang lagi menguatkan diri aku untuk jadi minimalist adalah bila aku tengok betapa semaknya dapur rumah yang penuh dengan bekas untuk simpan makanan, tupperware gitu yang mak-mak suka simpan. Penuh satu almari. Sampai berhabuk berdebu bersarang lagi. Boleh jadi ada sarang dinasour jugak.

Bila masuk bilik sendiri dan tengok semua benda yang ada, terus aku ter-omg banyaknya barang! Paling pening kepala bila dah tiba masa nak mengemas. Tak tahu mana nak simpan mana nak eliminate. Same goes to my wardrobe. Baju yang dah tak pakai pun simpan dalam tu.

Most of the space are occupied with stuff that we keep sebab sayang nak buang dan sebab kita rasa kita akan guna lagi benda tu in future. But the truth is, all the stuff yang kita refused nak buang tu semuanya remains untouched forever k. Haa cakap nak guna balik tapi tak jugak. Lastnya memburuk lerr disitu je.

Apa itu minimalism? 

Minimalism ini adalah gaya hidup yang ringkas which kita tak perlu ada banyak barang dan cuma simpan benda yang penting dan diperlukan sahaja. Selain dapat belajar berjimat dengan gaya hidup macam ni, tempat yang kemas dan selesa juga akan buat kita rasa rileks dan santai dengan keadaan sekeliling kita. Tak crowded so kepala pun tak serabut lah kan? Sesi mengemas mesti jadi lebih best sebab tak perlu bingung tengok barang yang macam-macam ada tu.

Kenapa aku pilih untuk jadi minimalist?

The main reason is sebab aku tak suka tengok rumah semak dengan barang-barang. Even sekarang pun aku tengah cuba untuk declutter barang-barang dalam bilik aku semua. Mana yang dah tak pakai lagi aku buang, yang masih bagus aku kumpul dan aku akan bagi dengan orang lain. Kali ni kemas no mercy k. Tak ada eh-sayang-lah-nak-buang, tak ada eh-sayang-lah-nak-bagi-orang. I have to be strict on myself bila dah pilih untuk jadi minimalist ni. Main goal is to have less stuff!

Second reason is dengan cara ni aku rasa aku boleh selamatkan duit aku dari malapetaka nafsu yang suka nak membeli barang je kerja. Walaupun aku bukan kaki shopping, tapi aku admit aku suka beli benda yang erm erm kurang penting dalam hidup aku. Hahaha! Contohnya bila aku beli lotion baru sedangkan lotion di rumah belum lagi habis. Bila dah beli baru, memang yang lama punya akan diabaikan. Ugh I hate myself when it comes to that part.

Minimalism - The art of letting go!

Nak tak nak, unnecessary things have to be gone. Nak simpan pun memang bertahun jugak lah benda tu kat situ. Useless jugak kan. Lately ni it stresses me out to see lots of stuff here and there and everywhere. If I had my own home someday, I will definitely choose minimalism concept. Even penggunaan warna pun aku akan ambik konsep minimalist. Tak nak guna warna warni. White should be the best!

This one is my top favourite! Pizza dough is used to make the pie crust and rich flavour minced beef with melting mozzarella and cheddar cheese is steaming inside. Every bite makes me happy cause it's delicious and I pretty love it. It may look less attractive, but don't underestimate the taste. Although it looks like two people can share this meal, I guess I can have it all alone. Finger crossed! :P

Adjaruli Khachapuri


This is a Georgian dish of cheese-filled bread. The pizza is made into a boat shaped filled with hot cheese and oozing egg. Cheese lover gonna love this cause it's so cheesyyy! How do you eat this? You have to put 2 to 3 cube of the butter to your preference inside the boat and stir it together with the egg and the hot melted cheese, and voila, you're done!


This how it looks like after you mix everything in the boat. You have to do it faster cause it's best eaten hot!! This meal can be shared with 4 to 5 people to avoid being 'bullied' by the cheese. xD

Hiking has been one of my favorite outdoor activity for now. I've been longing to do this, I mean, spending time doing fun activity outside since forever cause back then I never had a chance to do so cause I don't really have much friends who enjoy this kind of stuff. Forever stuck in the house lol. It's a no no for me to go alone, hiking in the jungle without anyone. Penakut okay! I'm still an amateur, not yet an expert.

Dulu aku memang tersangatlah tak aktif dengan benda macam ni. But as I've grown up, I find this thing interesting and exciting, and addictive as well even though it is tiring. I love being surrounded by nature cause it gives me a little serenity!

I Challenge Myself Yippie Yeay! 

Why did I say so? Sebabnya adalah aku ni seorang yang takut tinggi dan ada anxiety yang memang endless. Orang yang ada anxiety memang paham kot. Anxiety ni too much worry about something. So bila aku hiking, lots of thoughts ada dalam kepala. What if I fall? Kalau aku pijak sini jatuh tak? Pijak sana akan tegelincir ke tak? Yeah that kind of thoughts lah. Semua negatif. Tak ada yang positif. Disebabkan dah berfikiran macam tu, jadi nak teruskan hiking pun jadi ragu-ragu.

Dekat tempat ni ada banyak hiking trails. Dulu aku mula dengan route 2-4. Tak susah dan taklah senang sangat. Then aku guna route 4-6. Sadis yang amat okay. First time guna 4-6 aku dapat buat halfway je sebab leput (feel like dying) dan penat sangat. Yang buat semput tu sebab trail ni banyak tangga dan a bit tinggi jugak la. Jalan senang sebab aku tak takut sangat jatuh or tak. Cuma agak mencabar stamina yang masih lagi low.

Best rupanya main dalam hutan ni. I mean doing proper activity lah macam hiking ke berkhemah ke. Since this is my first time so agak sakai jugaklah hahaha. Jalan 4-6 ni jalan stairway to heaven. Sebab banyak tangga kan. Kalau macm tangga yang sebelah kanan tu takpe lagi. Tangga yang dibuat terus dekat tanah tu yang sakitnya okay.

Hiking di Canada Hill ni bagi aku ada banyak level. Lain route lain stamina diperlukan. Ada route sampai nombor 8 kalau tak silap. Ada yang agak mencabar ada yang easy bagi yang dah biasa. My friend dare me to try different route yang banyak guna tali which means banyak curam dan tinggi lah retinya kan. I refused to do so since I know my stamina dan ability to go that route masih belum cukup. Pengsan kang siapa nak angkat. Terpaksa main seret pulak dah. Huhu.

Feeling Satisfied!

I totally love the feeling bila dah habis hiking. Rasa satisfied sangat sebab aku berjaya buat benda yang aku takut. I did it yeay! So proud of myself ehh.

Tengah hiking memang rasa nak give up, nak balik, nak menangis semua. Bila dah semput memang rasa nak muntah dan nak tarik nafas pun sakit yang amat. Stop dalam dua tiga kali then sambung. I get frustrated if I didn't finish my hiking. Last time dapat buat halfway je terus rasa down. Totally feel like a loser k. Huhu. But now I try to fight for it. And of course, enjoying every second with the nature while killing my fats jyeah. Its road to 60kg as well. Chayok chayok!

Buying a house in Malaysia can be quite a daunting experience for first time buyers. The process of buying a new house in Malaysia can be as tedious as you can imagine because you do not know the procedure of buying a new house in Malaysia. This useful guide will go through the steps of buying new house in Malaysia.

Simple Guide To Buying A House In Malaysia

1. Invest in yourself 

Many people missed out this very first step when it comes to buying a property, only to end up with regrets because they did not pay much attention to little details that could end up being so important. Take some time to do your research on the properties you are aiming at. You could also meet the property experts, property investors and home buyer to gain some knowledge from them or listen to their advice if you have any queries.

2. Know the average price. 

If you are planning to buy a house in Kuala Lumpur, this important figure will give you an idea of how much you might be spending in buying a house. The average price of a house in Malaysia is RM 497,535 and houses is Kuala Lumpur are the most expensive in Malaysia.

3. Expenditure breakdown. 

Next, the breakdown of expenditure. It is recommended by most financial experts that you must not allocate more than one-third of your income to pay for the housing loan. If you think you can spend an amount of RM 497,535 in buying a house, having enough money to pay for your home loan and it would not cause any financial problem to you, then you can proceed to the next step.

4. Deciding how much you can afford. 

After your expenditure breakdown, it is time to be realistic and ask yourself this question: How much can I afford to buy a property? Have a look at your income and set a budget. Know how much you can afford monthly when it comes to paying bank loan, not forgetting the upfront payment that you need to deal with when you purchase a property. Also, property buyer needs to take upfront costs into account, such as Memorandum of Transfer (MOT), lawyer fees and the fees after, such as renovation and repair fees, 6% government service tax for real estate agent’s commission and so on..

5. Determine the type of your preferred house. 

There are many types of home for you to choose from, ranging from condominium, apartment, semi-detached house, terrace house, bungalow? Which do you prefer? However, you should always be realistic and stay within your budget. You certainly do not want to end up with debt after purchasing your property.

6. Downpayment. 

Normally, downpayment would be a 10% of your property’s price, but still, depending mainly on how much the bank is willing to loan you. That being said, if the bank if proving a loan of 90%, you will need to pay 10% of the downpayment. If the bank is providing lesser loan, say 80% loan, you will then need to pay a 20% downpayment. Buyers who have never used the EPF Account II funds may choose to withdraw some monies to pay for the downpayment, however, can only withdraw after obtaining the Sales & Purchase (S&P) Agreement.

7. First time home buyer schemes. 

Decades ago, young adults were still able to purchase a property easier as compared to young adults now. Today, the prices of property have hiked up over the years and buying a property is considered a financial burden to young adults as the monthly salary they earn are not able to catch up with the hike of property price. Therefore, the government has decided to come out with assistance. This would be something that you should look out for if you are a first time home buyer. Check if you fit the criteria of getting the My First Home Scheme or 1Malaysia Housing Programme (PR1MA). These schemes are the government’s assistance for first time home buyers. My First Home Scheme is announced in the Budget 2011 by the government to assist young adults who have just started working to purchase their very first property. This scheme offers up to 100% home loans from the financial institutions. As for the 1Malaysia Housing Programme, it is another government’s assistance that was announced to allow young adults to have an affordable housing lifestyle for middle income household, by building affordable housing for young adults to choose from.

8. Real estate agent. 

If you still could not decide on what you want, you can consider engaging a real estate agent. You can tell the real estate agent your preferences on the location, type of home, size of unit, loan tenure and most importantly, your budget. With their expertise, they will be able to narrow the option down and it would be easier for you to decide. However, this is totally optional.


9. Offer. 

After you found the one, make an offer with the seller and get a mutual agreement on the purchase price. At this point, you will then need to sign the required documents and pay a 2% deposit.


10. Bank loan. 

It is one step nearer to getting your own house in Malaysia now. Decide which kind of loan that you would opt for as there are a different kinds of mortgage loans for you to choose from when you buy a house in Malaysia:

A. Standard Home Loan 

• The most common housing loan available as the interest rates of the loan are fixed from the moment the property buyer obtains the loan, regardless of the Overnight Policy Rates (OPR) changes or market changes. Benefit of this loan is that property buyer who obtains this loan will have a peace of mind as the fluctuation of the market will not affect the interest rates.

B. Flexi Home Loan 

• This loan is another alternative option of Standard Home Loan. The interest rates are lower as the buyers place more money into the account, therefore, is suitable for property buyers with more cash flow. Another benefit is that if there are any changes in the market, the loaners get to enjoy the changes of rates as well. As the name mentioned, it is also flexible as it allows loaner to take out the money anytime.


C. Islamic Home Loan 

• This loan is specially tailored for the Muslim with similar benefits as the Standard Home Loan, however, uses the Base Finance Rate(BFR) when it comes to deciding how much is the bank earning from the Islamic Home Loan.

If you wish to lower your monthly installment, you could do so by paying a bigger downpayment, search for the bank that offers lower interest rate and better loan package, or you could opt for a longer loan period.


11. Keys collection, renovation and move in. 

Once you are done with all the paperworks and signing of documents, it is time to arrange for keys collection from the seller. Then, you can start engaging with contractors and interior designs to design the house as you wish and move in.

Planner dashboard ni adalah muka surat pertama journal. Bagi saya dashboard ni one of the most important thing yang mesti ada dan mesti hias cantik-cantik. Sebabnya bila bukak planner atau journal, memang korang akan stumble upon that page first. Kena cantik baru semangat nak update buku. Barulah ter-inspired. Kalau poyo memang rasa macam tak berminat langsung nak dating dengan journal. Trust me.

As you guys can see in the photo above, itulah dashboard saya. The first page ataupun the first thing to see bila buka journal. I love to keep it simple and minimalist! Tak suka meriah sangat sebab nampak macam serabut walaupun comel. Selalunya orang akan tempel macam-macam. But I like it this way. The background has its gold foil tapi tak nampak dalam gambar ni. Huhu.

Dashboard ni boleh buat sendiri ikut citarasa masing-masing. Laminate whatever things you like and put it there. Kalau dashboard saya, saya guna clear folder. Cut into proper shape then just fold macam tu je. Reuseable. Tak perlu laminate banyak-banyak since boleh tukar paper kat dalam tu. Hehe. 

Dalam gambar tu pun ada portable page marker. Terjebak nak buat jugak lepas tengok kak aisha (one of planner addict dalam insta) buat benda ni. Kira macam penanda buku gitulah. Yang page marker ni lagi senang nak buat. Beli je benda tu dari kedai then print la apa-apa atau letak la apa-apa kertas cantik dalam tu. Hehe. Page marker ni pun saya buat simple je. Depan belakang sama gambar. 

Haa ada rasa macam nak keep journal atau planner tak lepas tengok ni? :P Kalau still tak ada, maybe sooner or later memang akan terjebak jugak. Hihi. Wait for my next post untuk monthly spread pulak okay! Toddles!

Hai semua! Harini nak share resepi ayam buttermilk mudah yang memang tutup mata pun boleh buat. Bahan yang digunakan tak banyak. Tak sampai sepuluh pun.

Resepi Ayam Buttermilk Mudah

Bahan-bahan (kuantiti main agak je. tengok berapa banyak nak masak):

• isi ayam (nak guna bahagian wing pun boleh. potong kecik)
• daun kari
• cili padi
• susu cair
• susu pekat
• telur kuning (optional)

Cara buat ayam buttermilk:

Untuk penyediaan ayam, goreng ayam bersalut tepung kanji. Tak perlu celup telur. Kalau nak crispy boleh double fry.

Untuk penyediaan kuah, cairkan butter. Bila dah cair boleh campak daun kari dan cili padi yang dah siap dihiris halus. Agak-agak dah naik bau, tuang susu cair dan susu manis. Susu manis tak perlu banyak. Ikut citarasa.

Then masukkan gula dan garam. Gula tak perlu banyak jugak sebab dah guna susu manis. Guna api kecil kalau taknak rentung okay. Kalau kuah tak pekat, masukkan telur kuning then kacau selaju yang boleh supaya telur tak nampak ketul sangat.

Biasanya kalau saya masak guna susu manis, saya tak guna telur kuning sebab memang akan pekat. Penggunaan susu manis juga adalah optional. Nak letak boleh, tak nak letak pun boleh. Yang penting gula kena banyak. Ayam buttermilk kalau tak ada rasa manis confirm tak sedap. Pandai-pandai main dengan citarasa sebab rasa ni subjektif. Lain orang lain yang dia prefer kan. Hehe.

Bila kuah dah siap, campak ayam yang dah digoreng dan kacau rata. Bila dah rata bolehlah letak dalam pinggan. Jangan pi hentam ayam dari kuali eh.

Pada pendapat saya, penggunaan bawang dalam ayam buttermilk adalah sangat tak sedap. Pernah makan di kedai dua kali. Yang kedai satu guna bawang besar, kedai satu lagi guna bawang putih. Dua-dua tak sedap okay.

Well, resepi ni sangatlah simple dan mudah. Jangan lupa untuk cuba, try and test!

Hiks. I'm kinda a happy girl right now. Barang yang ditunggu-tunggu akhirnya tiba yeay! Been waiting one month for the baby to be shipped. And around two weeks to arrive here. Surprisingly It arrived early than I expected okay. Sebab tu rasa eksaited sangat bila dapat sms dari abang poslaju hahaks. Sebab I didn't really put high expectation untuk tarikh parcel tu datang. Dapat je sms terus laju kaki ni melangkah pergi ofis poslaju haha. Dekat je dengan tempat kerja. xD

Its my foxy baby yeay! Makan tak kenyang tidur tak lena je terkenang-kenang nak beli benda ni hahaha. Sorry to say but planner addict memang macam ni perangai. Selagi tak dapat selagi tu tak betul mood. Even journal atau notebook dah berlambak tetap je ada yang akan buat jatuh hati. Huhu. Kalau dah suka tapi tak beli memang mengigau kalau tidur. :p

The study of the soul. I bet everyone has the same wish as mine. Perhaps. If I were given a chance, I would love to further my study. Siapa tak suka belajar kan. Lagi-lagi orang yang ada curiosity terhadap macam-macam benda. They willing to learn.

If I could, I would. 

I would love to pursue my study in psychology. Walaupun masa diploma terjun dalam bidang hospitality, rasanya minat saya lebih kepada yang satu ni. Tak semestinya boleh belajar satu benda je kan. Tak salah rasanya nak terjun bidang lain kalau benda tu yang kita suka. Hehe.

Why psychology and what is psychology? 


Psychology is the scientific study of the mind and behavior. Psychology is a multifaceted discipline and includes many sub-fields of study such areas as human development, sports, health, clinical, social behavior and cognitive processes.

Serius saya minat gila dengan benda ni. Tak tahu kenapa but study about human being, our behaviour, our mind apa semua ni macam interesting gilak. I love observing people. I want to know why people act the way they act. Kenapa manusia ada depresi, ada anxiety tu semua. Why why why and why. I'm so curious to dig in about this.

Yes. It seems fun to me. Dalam masa yang sama juga mungkin boleh jadi part time writer. Haha. I didn't realize dua benda ni boleh connect but it does make sense kan? Both are looking for something. A story behind the other story.

I will learn about this on my own. Rajin-rajin google sendiri. Then, of course, I will share it in my blog with my own words. Based on pemahaman sendiri lah. Hihi. I love doing things that I love! Mana tahu boleh fokus niche ni untuk blog kan. Hehe.

I was scrolling my Facebook feed this evening and stumbled upon this article about majlis ummi nazerera yang dikritik netizen. I don't really care about whatever entertainment yang ada di malaysia ni but I can't help myself to voice out about some of orang malaysia punya attitude yang suka gila kecam orang.

Sukahatilah dia nak buat apa. Nak menari nak berzumba nak tergolek ke apa lantak dia. Nak buat tema apa sekalipun, it's her wedding ceremony gaisss. Salah ke orang nak have fun kat majlis sendiri? As long as tak kacau orang so why not kan?

"Let people do what they need to do to make them happy. Mind your own business, and do what you need to do to make you happy."

Serius tak paham. Kalau tak suka apa yang orang lain buat, why bother? Diam dahlah. Jangan peduli selagi dia tak kacau hidup kau. Nak sakitkan hati orang buat apa? Benda simple pun jadi susah. Alahai.

Banyak duit tapi miskin. Kenapa? Sebab tak semua benda kita boleh beli dengan duit. Kalau kaya raya tapi hidup dalam keadaan susah hati, riak, tak gembira, kurang adab, kesunyian, maksudnya kita masih lagi tak punya apa-apa. Meaning to say we lack something that makes us human, something that makes life truly wonderful.

I've learned that having lots of money doesn't really makes someone happy. It maybe does but the feelings are temporary. Kita hidup untuk apa? Semata-mata untuk barangan yang kita mampu beli ataupun sesuatu yang jauh lebih berharga which is kehidupan?

Adanya duit kita boleh beli katil, tapi kita tak boleh beli masa tidur.
Adanya duit kita boleh beli makanan, tapi kita tak boleh beli selera makan.
Adanya duit kita boleh beli rumah, tapi kita tak boleh beli suasana bahagia didalam rumah.
Adanya duit kita boleh beli ubatan, tapi kita tak boleh beli kesihatan.
Adanya duit kita boleh beli hiburan, tapi kita tidak boleh beli perasaan gembira.

Cuba fahamkan maksud kata-kata tu. Apa guna kita beli katil mewah super comfy bagai tapi kita tak sempat nak tidur nak rehatkan diri? Kat mana nak cari masa? Ada ke jual di kedai? Belilah banyak mana pun makanan sedap tapi kalau tak ada selera makan semua tu sia-sia je. Dapat ke nak cari orang yang ada jual selera makan? Mungkin boleh beli ubatan yang tolong boost up selera makan, tapi itu bermakna kita sakit lah kan sebab terpaksa makan ubat? Bila dah sakit boleh ke beli tubuh badan sihat?

Semua serba serbi ada tapi sayang kehidupan agak kucar kacir. Without further ado, jom tengok apa benda yang tak boleh dibeli dengan duit.

Nampak tak semua yang ada dalam list tu semua bukan kebendaan. Kaya tak semestinya gembira. Ada manusia yang boleh dikatakan berjaya dalam hidup, semua benda cukup, tapi bunuh diri. Sebab apa? Mungkin sebab dia tak gembira, stress, kesunyian dan all that related.

Kadang banyak duit pun boleh menyusahkan juga.

Here comes another post about depression. Dalam post Cut Cake Not Wrists saya ada mention tentang betapa cluelessnya orang bila cakap pasal depresi atau murung ni. Tak semua tapi based on my own experience dan apa yang saya baca dalam sosial media, respon yang orang bagi selalunya mengecewakan. Mereka akan gelak dan buat lawak tentang benda tu. Like seriously, guys? Don't you realize you are making fun of someone who MIGHT be committed suicide? Tak semua orang yang mengalami depresi ada perasaan macam tu but when it gets worst, its possible.

Masalah depresi ni bukan tak boleh sembuh. Salah satu cara untuk bantu mereka adalah dengan bagi sokongan. Bukan buat lawak bodoh ataupun salahkan diri mereka sebab itu hanya akan mengeruhkan keadaan. Disini saya kongsikan cara untuk membantu orang yang ada masalah depresi atau kemurungan. Benda yang kita boleh buat dan benda yang kita jangan buat. 

How To Help Someone With Depression


The Do's.

Let them know you're there to listen without being judgmental.

Orang yang ada depresi memang hebat pretending that they are okay. Mereka tak suka bercerita tentang masalah mereka dan lebih suka untuk bersendirian. Kalau anda kenal atau tahu orang macam ni, cuba cakap dan pujuk mereka dengan cara paling lembut dan convincing. Tell them you will be there and listen to them. Nak faham situasi mereka memang ada sedikit susah. All you can do is listen and offer helps. Becareful not to judge them.

Encourage them to have a healthy lifestyle.

By this, it means you can invite them to do any interesting activities. Orang depresi ni suka berseorangan, suka tidur, suka layan perasaan. Try to invite them for a long walk, spend time with nature dan sebagainya. Dengan cara ni serba sikit dapat membantu dia untuk belajar kawal emosi. At least mereka dapat sibukkan diri mereka dengan benda-benda menarik. Pengamalan diet yang sihat pun boleh membantu mood seseorang dengan lebih baik. 

Ask them instead of giving advice. 

Selalunya bila kita tahu seseorang ni dalam kesusahan, memang kita akan bagi nasihat itu ini. Tapi ketahuilah cara macam ni tak berkesan untuk depresi. Instead, ask them how you can help them to ease their difficulty. Bila mereka rasa ada orang care dan nak bantu mereka, they will open up to you. Kenapa tak boleh bagi nasihat? Sebabnya adalah mereka akan rasa malu, rasa terhina dan rasa macam kita salahkan mereka sebab letakkan diri dalam situasi tersebut. Padahal bukan kehendak dia pun nak rasa murung depresi apa semua. 


Learn as much as you can about depression.

Educate yourself about depression supaya anda boleh tahu dan sekurang-kurangnya faham situasi orang yang ada masalah ini. Nak bagi sokongan pun tak ada masalah walaupun anda sendiri tak pernah mengalami benda ni. "Penderaan" yang depresi ni bagi terhadap seseorang tu tak sama. Lain orang lain sakitnya. Ada yang masih boleh tersenyum, bergurau dan sebagainya. Walaupun nampak okay tak semestinya tak ada depresi. Depresi ni boleh diklasifikasikan as a silent killer.


The Don'ts.


Don't ever say 'You're Too Much'.

Bila kita cakap macam ni, automatik orang tu akan anggap yang dia ni menyusahkan dan membebankan orang lain. Bila dah rasa macam tu memang dia akan rasa lagi down. Kalau anda adalah orang terdekat dia, mungkin dia akan hilang kepercayaan dengan anda. If they open up to you, that means they trust you and hoping you will understand their situation. 


Don't blame them for being negative.

Dunia depresi ni memang penuh dengan benda negatif. Sila faham yang bukan mereka suka-suka nak berfikiran macam tu tapi benda positif tersangatlah susah nak masuk line bila dah emosi kawal diri. It's inaccesible. Contoh macam kita marah, memang rasa nak mengamuk je kan? Kalau tak calm down boleh hancur setiap apa yang ada depan mata. Negativity is part of depression that's why you can't really blame people with depression for being down. Be nice to them. Jangan paksa mereka untuk berfikiran positif tapi sebaliknya, cuba cakap benda-benda positif yang boleh buat mereka rasa tenang dan okay.


Having depression is exhausting.

Depression is no joke. Most people committed suicide due to depression. They lost hope, they lost interest in everything and thinking that ending their life would be much better. Tak faham macam mana sesetengah orang boleh buat main benda ni as if it's easy to deal with, as if it's easy to snap out from this battle. 

If you know someone who's struggling for their life, do give your full support to them. 
Listen and don't judge. Offer helps instead of giving advice. Let them know you care for them. 

Why You Should Reflect Yourself

Some people really need to reflect themselves before judging and criticizing others.

Bercakap bagai dia tak ada salah. 
Bercakap bagai apa yang dia buat semua betul.
Diri sendiri dipuji. Orang lain dikecam. 

Cermin diri sendiri sebelum cakap orang itu ini. Kalau tak ada cermin, sila pergi beli. Beli cermin paling besar biar nampak semua cacat cela yang ada.

Tak salah untuk reflect diri sendiri. Dengan cara ini at least kita sedar apa kita buat. Taklah nampak macam memperbodohkan diri sendiri. Contoh bila kau tengah bersuka ria mengata orang sedangkan pada masa yang sama kau pun sama spesies macam orang yang kau judge tu. Bila kita reflect diri sendiri, masa tu lah kita tanya betul ke tidak apa yang kita buat. Ia sekaligus boleh bantu kita untuk jadi lebih baik.

Kalau kita boleh cari kesilapan orang lain, kenapa kita tak boleh cari kesilapan kita sendiri? Tak pasti la macam mana. Tapi agaknya bila kita judge orang barulah terserlah keburukan yang ada pada kita kan? Mungkin kita sedar tapi buat tak tahu. Ataupun langsung tak sedar. Sebab tu bangga sangat mengeji, mengata, memburukkan orang lain. 

Why you should reflect yourself.


Rajin-rajin la kita reflect diri sendiri supaya tak jadi spesies yang mengata orang sambil mengata diri sendiri. Sambil tu boleh perbaiki apa yang kurang pada diri kita jugak. Tak rugi pun kalau buat. Bercakap dengan reflection kita dalam cermin tu bukan gila okay. Whatever you said or whatever you asked yourself in the mirror, its going to hit you back. Kalau rasa sakit, maka jangan buat begitu pada orang lain.

Diam-diam dah kahwin rupanya. Diam-diam isteri orang rupanya.

Sejak bila saya dah kahwin ni?

Okay tipu. Itu semua fiksyen semata-mata. 

Nak dijadikan cerita, beberapa hari lepas kawan saya bagitahu yang ada orang bertanyakan tentang saya. Nak berkenalan katanya. Lelaki tu tanya samada saya single ataupun dah kahwin.

Haa bila orang nak berkenalan dengan anda, apa respon anda akan bagi? 

So here comes the tips.. Tips apa?


Tips untuk elakkan diri dari gangguan lelaki yang ingin berkenalan dengan anda secara berhemah. 


1. Kalau tak nak kena ganggu, silakan jawab dah kahwin.
2. Kalau rasa on je nak berkenalan, silakan jawab masih single.

Secara berhemah ni supaya orang tu tak kecik hati atau taklah rasa kecewa sangatkan. Huhu. Kalau jawab cara kasar takut orang simpan dendam pulak. Tapi kalau kena dengan manusia yang jenis sanggup buat apa je demi nakkan sesuatu, tu memang taktau nak cakap apa lah.

Fuhh. Nasib baik kawan saya cakap yang saya dah kahwin. Belum kahwin tapi tak single. Hiks. 

Tak paham betul dengan lelaki yang dah ada anak bini tapi still sibuk nak berkenalan dengan perempuan lain. Tak baik macam tu tau. Kalau single tak apa lah jugak kan. Ni aduhaii.

So girls, kalau ada suami orang nak berkenalan, jangan layan. You gais cakap aje dah kahwin. Kalau ada abam single nak berkenalan tu terpulang korang lah. Yang penting katakan tidak pada suami orang. Jangan jadi macam kes si pipah dan alip tu ye. Hee.

Kalau tengok macam sama je kan. Tapi sebenarnya dua benda ni adalah berbeza.

Murung ni buat kita tak rasa apa-apa. Rasa kosong. Rasa tak semangat nak buat apa-apa kerja.
Sedih masih boleh ampun. Kita boleh tahu dan boleh rasa kalau kita sedih.

Orang yang ada depresi atau murung ni susah nak bercerita tentang apa yang dia rasa. Susah sebab diri sendiri pun tak faham macam mana nak explain benda tu. Hanya mampu berdiam diri je.
Kalau sedih rileks je boleh cakap dengan kawan yang kita sedih. Boleh nangis bagai.

Orang murung lebih suka bersendirian. Bukan sebab suka-suka nak bersendirian tapi bila dah dalam keadaan macam tu, murung ni akan kawal emosi korang. Kalau tak tidur memang akan termenung jauh. Berfikir tapi tak tahu apa yang difikir. You go blank.

Kalau sedih senang je nak kasi gembira balik. Tapi kalau murung ni perlukan seseorang yang betul-betul faham situasi dia so that dia boleh rasa okay.

Cut Cake Not Wrists. 

I bet not everyone knows about this magical words. Magical words that can help someone from doing the unwanted things. I've been thinking about sharing this topic and things related to that in my blog since I think, it has little awareness in our country. Nope, don't get me wrong. I'm not sharing the gross one, and not in a negative way. I'm going to do more research about it and will share the things I've got on my blog.

What is it about? 

It's about depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder etc. Ada yang tahu pasal benda ni dan ada yang tak tahu. You might know and might not know about what these things can do to you. Orang yang tak pernah rasa benda-benda ni agak susah nak faham orang yang lalui masalah macam ni. I'm not saying I know everything about it but since I've been in this state, why not I share and write about it on my blog kan?

I can share my own experience with depression as well. Tapi kang kena bash pulak. Huhu.


The main reason is to help and to let you know at least a little about it. 

I've decided to do this because I'm sick of people mocking and making fun of people like us. I bet some people are clueless. Any words that come out from your mouth could be a trigger. You can't simply say what you have in your mind or else you're gonna break us more. Nope, not that we are hard to handle or too fragile. But still, daripada cakap yang menyakitkan hati baik cakap yang menyenangkan hati.

Based on my own experience lah kan, mine always jadi benda lawak to them. It hurts, to be honest, but what else can I do since they don't know anything about it?

Maka terjadilah idea nak share benda ni dalam blog. Mungkin akan jadi part of this blog and wish it could help people to understand all this kind of things yang sememangnya ada berlaku in our surrounding. Cuma kita je yang mungkin kurang tahu dan sedar pasal benda ni.

Hello lovelies! It's been awhile. Kesian blog kena tinggal. I've been too lazy to even visiting website blog ni. On laptop pun sekadar dengar lagu, tengok kdrama dan buat homework. Mood blogging memang kelaut. Singgah blog blogger lain pun tak ada. Huhu. So here I am! Hello again! Hopefully after this one post there will be another new post. Kena rajin update blog!

So yeah, dalam post ni aku nak share certain things that I've been doing lately. Kira macam a short and quick post to let the readers know that I am still alive and rocking my life. 😛 Well, not really rocking my life.


Hiking di Canada Hill aka Grand Old Lady.

It was my first time hiking di GOL and my second time doing this challenging outdoor activity. Sumpah leput rasa nak mati jak. It was really exhausting sampai aku termuntah sampai rasa nak give up je. But somehow I made it yeay! GOL ni ada banyak trails. Aku dengan A guna trail nombor 2 since dia cakap senang. Senang memang senang but for the first timer macam aku memang sadis jugaklah. 

Tiring but fun. I made a good progress for the second time we went here which is masuk pukul 6 petang dan keluar pukul 640 petang. Yang kali pertama tu masuk pukul 6 petang dan keluar pukul 7 malam. Kira okay lah kan? Hiks.

Selain hiking, aku dengan A pun ada buat aktiviti long walk dan jogging. Road to 60kg katanya :P Harap-harap dengan adanya workout buddy ni bolehlah kurus dengan cepat hahaha. Kenapa somewhere over the rainbow? Sebab tempat ni tak banyak orang datang. Its surrounded by nature and so fresh okay. Sambil jogging sambil dating. Eh? :P

Lepas long walk, we usually going to spend a little time rileks dekat hammock yang ada kat tepi pantai sambil layan sunset. Kan dah cakap tadi sambil workout sambil dating. Hahah! Okay just kidding. Actually balik dari long walk memang boleh guna jalan pantai sebab ada jalan tembus. So why not lepak kejap kan? I just love this kind of workout where you get to enjoy fun activity and enjoy the beautiful nature.

Apa tu traveler's notebook? It's a journal! I am currently using my passport size midori TN. Small and senang nak bawa kemana-mana. Kira macam perfect size lah. I did some DIY stuff in there and going to show them in the next post okay! And ehems, I just bought a new Foxyfix for myself. Can't wait to get the parcel!! Moving to a new room.

Puasa haritu aku exchange room dengan adik aku. Well, the boys are many so they need a bigger room. I don't mind small room and bilik sekarang lagi best rasanya cause I can make it looks a bit tumblr-ish hahah! A new undiscovered cave for myself. Hiks.

What else? Rasanya tu je for now kot. Same routine macam sebelum ni except that aku dah start workout now. Hiking, long walk and do some exercise macam push up, squats etc. Best rupanya ada fitness buddy kan. Terus semangat je rasa nak bakar lemak. Hihi. So, till here then. x

Down With A Fever

I guess this week just ain't my days. I've been down with a fever. And flu for almost a week already. And sore throat as well. Stuffy nose and now stuffy ears. I have taken Clarinase which is a so-called strong medicine for flu recommended by my stepmom. It's gonna make me drowsy she said. But I guess the Clarinase has no effect on me. Too much painkiller in my body that even the strong medicine give up to function properly. Lol I'm dying! 

I tried to find some tips on Google to help me unclog my ears. Because stuffy ears are really making me uncomfortable! I tried the steam shower but it just not my thing to shower with hot water. I mean, warm. But wait, how do you get the steam if the water ain't hot? 

I tried the warm compress method where you put the warm cloth over your ears or nose to get rid of the stuffy feelings but it doesn't work. Then I go for a drink. Hot honey lemon. I don't like the taste but yeah, I need to force myself to drink it. It's an alternative for medicine so I gotta do it for the sake of myself. We can't depend too much on medicine, right?

I even took Panadol Actifast for my fever. I felt better the next day. But the day after that, which was yesterday, I was once again down with a fever. I really felt like oh-im-gonna-die. Yes I know its overdramatic but I really felt that way lol. 

Each and every day I hope I will wake up with no flu, no fever no stuffy ears no stuffy nose and no sore throat. Nyah kauuuuuuu! But it just won't go away sobs. Being sick makes me lazy and not in the mood to do anything. 

Well, just hoping I will recover soon so that I can do the work especially in maintaining my blog and hoping to be consistent in updating entries. Just a quick writing. Till here then! x

Tak semua orang lahir terus konfiden. Kalau ada untung la. Tapi kalau yang jenis tak konfiden atau low self-esteem ni memang kesian sebenarnya. Macam aku la. Banyak puji orang lain daripada puji diri sendiri. Lagi-lagi zaman sekarang ni orang semua kaki mekap semua cantik. Menangis bila scroll instagram sebab terkenangkan diri yang macam kentang. (jangan tanya aku kenapa kentang. tapi kentang sedap!) Nak kurus tak jugak kurus. Tu salah satu sebab kenapa aku tak konfiden dengan diri aku. Cause I don't feel comfortable in my own skin. 

Self-esteem ni bukan setakat pandang rendah dengan rupa diri sendiri, personaliti pun termasuk sekali. It's about our self-worth. Tapi sekarang bila aku pilih untuk abaikan benda-benda negatif terhadap diri-sendiri ni, aku perasan aku tak lagi tak konfiden macam dulu. Tapi taklah konfiden sangat. I tend to hide and avoid okay. But at least for now I don't run when I serve the customers di kedai. Hahhaha. So aku nak kongsikan tips to deal with low self-esteem ni. 

10 Tips To Deal With Low Self Esteem


1. Start A Compliment Jar

Bagi aku tak perlu sangatlah compliment jar. Nak listkan dalam buku pun boleh je. Yang penting kau puji diri kau setiap hari. Memang bunyi macam over lah kan angkat bakul sendiri. Tapi kalau bukan kau nak puji, siapa lagi nak puji kan? Tulis je apa-apa yang kau suka tentang diri kau. By the end of the month, tengok balik semua benda positif yang kau dah tulis pasal diri kau then reflect. 

2. Start Living For Now

Maksudnya jangan cakap tak nak selagi kau tak cuba. Jangan fikir yang kau tak mampu buat ini lah itu lah. Just do it. Keep the negative thoughts far far away from you. Low self-esteem ni adalah disebabkan kita terlampau fikir akan sesuatu yang kita rasa kita tak dapat ubah sedangkan kita tak tahu pun apa outcome dia kan. Bila dah set mind macam tu, keyakinan pun lesap sekali lah. So just do whatever you want to do and start living!

3. Keep A Journal

Bila kau luahkan perasaan kau dengan cara menulis, you get them out in a healthy way. Kalau marah-marah memang buruklah muka. Kedut sana sini. Orang selalu cakap kalau marah nanti muka banyak kedut sebab kau mengerut kan. Okay just kidding. But yes, if you let your feelings out through writing, you will feel much better of yourself. Kedut kurang dan muka pun nampak awet muda. 😁

4. Become Aware Of Your Negativity 

Jangan biarkan hidup anda diselebungi mak nenek negativity ni. Bila kau perasaan kau mula nak rasa rendah diri, cepat-cepat terus fikir benda positif untuk lawan balik benda negatif tu. Boleh je kau cakap kau pun comel macam nora danish lah. Tak pun macam maya karin ke. Hehehe. Insyaallah berkesan!

5. Ask Yourself If...

Tanya dengan diri sendiri, if orang lain berada dalam situasi kau, adakah kau akan buat mereka rasa negatif? Kadang bila kau buat macam ni, you will get clear vision of yourself dan it will make you feel more positive. 

6. Have Conversations With Yourself

Kalau korang pernah main The Sims, dalam game tu kau boleh suruh character kau bercakap-cakap dalam cermin untuk increase charismatic level dia. Dari situ aku tahu bercakap dengan diri sendiri bukan bermaksud gila atau sewel. Itu adalah untuk boost up kan lagi confidence level kita dan improve diri kita. Converse with yourself about anything. 

7. Stop Judging Yourself And Others

Benda ni aku rasa paling susah nak buat. Tak judge diri sendiri pi judge orang lain pulak. Now lets ask ourselves, adakah dengan mengecam atau judge orang lain akan menaikkan confidence level kita? Kalau tak buat apa kita buang tenaga dengan benda macam tu kan? Instead of judging others, its much better to keep your surrounding with positive vibes. Tak kira apa pun, always be the positive one. 

8. Start Meditating

Aku tak pernah pulak buat benda ni. Tapi sebelum tidur aku memang akan rilekkan minda dan reflect balik tentang diri aku. Kadang tu memang anxiety lah yang datang hahaa. Sepatutnya meditating ni rilekkan minda dan nyahkan segala benda yang menganggu hidup kau. Boleh cuba buat ni in a proper way untuk ambil aura positif. 

9. Learn To Let It All Go

Cuba untuk abaikan benda-benda yang buat kau resah atau bimbang. Jangan terlampau fikir apa yang buat kau upset tentang diri kau. Let it all go sebab tu yang terbaik kau boleh buat untuk diri kau. Sooner or later you will be able to accept all your flaws and embrace them.

10. Be An Active Participant In Your Life

Maksudnya bila emosi menguasai diri, kau jangan duduk dan biarkan benda tu take control diri kau. Fight for yourself to develop more positive attitude. Emosi ni kalau tak dilawan memang menjadi-jadi. It put you down their level. Kalau tak nak hidup anda penuh dengan negative vibes, the only thing yang dapat lawan semua tu is positive vibes lah kan.

The conclusion is, always and always be positive. Positive to yourself and be positive towards others. Kalau fikir yang tak baik aje, memang la semua akan jadi tak baik kan. This thing makes sense. Korang yang ada masalah low self esteem ni boleh cuba tips ni. Insyallah kalau scroll instagram lepas ni memang takkan menangis lagi lah. Because you believe in yourself dah kan. So till here then.
